United Cycle is currently searching for a Full Time Sr. Sales associate within the figure skating department. The individual will have a passion for figure skating, cheer, and/or gymnastics as well as some knowledge of the sport(s).

Job Duties
• Individual will be responsible for selling and fitting figure skates, accessories, apparel as well as cheer wear
• Assist floor manager with training of staff
• Resolves customer complaints and concerns
• Supports the receiving of product, including unpacking, labeling, and maintaining a clean warehouse
• Assists merchandise manager with the product ordering process, including recommendations for product(s), price adjustments, and identifying changes within the POS system
• Specific training will be given to fit the figure skates to United Cycle standards

Requirements
• In depth knowledge and/or passion for figure or cheer
• Past and/or continuous figure skating involvement
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with retail experience as an asset
• Outgoing personality
• Basic computer skills
• Must be a team player that can deal with a variety of different people doing a wide variety of tasks in the same department

Qualifications
• Previous / continuous participation in figure skating, cheer and/or gymnastics and a demonstrated passion for the sport
• 1-2 years of retail experience, in a lead role is an asset
• Customer service experience is required
• Outgoing personality
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Must be a team player that can deal with a variety of different people doing a wide variety of tasks in the same department
