An exciting announcement from the TO2015 Team about our on-going recruitment efforts: TO2015 Summer Internships Posted Now!

If you visit the Get Involved Now Page of the website today you will notice a new set of opportunities with the TO2015 Internship Program, starting in May 2013.

The goal of the TO2015 Internship Program is to mimic the experience of a full-time staff or Pre-Games Volunteer while contributing to the interns academic and career goals.

Eligibility
Persons eligible for the TO2015 Internship Program are enrolled in an accredited college/university program with a co-op/internship component required for completion

OR

Enrolled in a transition/bridging/training program with a co-op/internship component required for completion and WSIB covered by the program

The TO2015 Internship Program

• The internships will run from May to August of 2013
• All internships are unpaid and on a volunteer basis
• Hours of work are flexible based on academic program requirements (Part-time or Full-time)
• Interns will be provided with meaningful work, including 1 major project that they must deliver
• Interns will have a 1 to 1 reporting relationship with their manager
• Interns will participate in a full recruitment cycle, on-boarding program, performance management program, and included in on-going staff meetings and events
