Make it a weekend of racing over the September long weekend. 

On Saturday August 31st, the Ontario Provincial ITT championships will take place in Chatham ON

"An out and back, flat course that follows the Thames River starting and finishing in Chatham Ontario. Easily located off the 401 this race will likely have a strong west wind that will be a struggle to get to the turn around but a pleasure on the way back to the finish. Course lengths of 15, 30 and 40 km. Provincial Champions will be crowned."

On Sunday September 1st the Tour de Via Italia returns for its 55th year.  The race is on (although there has been rumour to the contrary) and I received a call from organizer Aldo Sfalcin confirming that the race is indeed a go.  Details to come.
