The Inside Sales Rep will be Responsible for sales, service, support, and forecasts to assigned accounts, as well as service and support for all CSG accounts.  This role will provide the support and assistance needed to help CSG deliver superior dealer service, and act as primary sales contact for a list of assigned (remote) accounts. They will act as main dealer service contact for all issues relating to sales, product, delivery, warranty, and inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Sell to a select territory of dealers, providing excellent customer service and exhibiting strong sales skills
• Track sales/service calls with daily call report and send report to Sales Manager(s) as appropriate and requested
• Act as contact for and resource for CSG Dealer warranty issues, technical questions, issue RA's as needed and appropriate
• Establish communication pipeline between CSG Canada office and CSG USA Dealer Service team (Bedford, PA)
• Identify new business opportunities and make contacts with prospective customers
• Assist dealers with inventory analysis and make suggestions for improving inventory
• Note competitor's products and price points; communicate competition information to internal management appropriately
• Deliver superior customer service; drive and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective customer service
• Maintain regular contact with OSR's and work together to resolve dealer issues and improve sales and service techniques
• Notify Sales Manager of over/under performance according to forecast
• Recommend and implement new sales strategies
• Assist with logistics and distribution to ensure optimal delivery for customers
• Follow internal controls and company policies set by company and job function
• Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications
• Fluently Bilingual, written and oral (French, English)
• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to learn customer service software applications
• SAP experience a plus
• Must be flexible to work a varied full time schedule during the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday
• Experience in cycling and/or outdoor/active sport space
• Experience with technical, innovation oriented, passion brands
• Uber creative with vision
• Honed influencing skills
• Proven executional prowess
• Strong, courageous leadership skills
