Sponsorship Webinar

In its continued effort to promote best practices of sponsorship sales and management to event directors, HelpGetSponsors.com will offer its latest webinar for small to medium sized events this week. The complimentary hour-long webinar will be held Thursday, June 5th, at 2:00 pm EST (11 am PST) and will feature the innovative HelpGetSponosrs.com software.

The webinar will be led by Tom Crichton, founder of HelpGetSponsors.com and accomplished sponsorship sales and management veteran. Crichton and his team have sold and managed over $12 million in sponsorships on behalf of client events.

"It's a blast providing these free webinars and enjoying the moment when the participants get it!" says Crichton. "Participants continually tell us that the overlap of best practices with our HelpGetSponsors.com software will forever change the way they sell and manage sponsorships."

Best practice sponsorship sales and management topics to be covered include:

• Prospecting sponsors
• Properly pricing your sponsorships
• Creating effective proposals
• Contracting sponsorships
• Activating sponsorships

Those interested in participating in the free webinar must RSVP to info@HelpGetSponsors.com. Participants who RSVP will receive instructions to join the webinar. Space is limited so it is recommended to RSVP as soon as possible.

The webinar overlaps with the exclusive sponsorship sales tools only available through HelpGetSponsors.com, giving participants a better understanding of how technology is changing the game for smaller events. Webinar participants will receive valuable information even if they do not subscribe to HelpGetSponsors.com.

Event Press Coverage Webinar

Eventbrite will host a free webinar - Get More Press for Your Race: PR Best Practices and Case Studies - featuring industry experts Tina Wilmott, Founder of Endurance Sportswire, and Tia Mattson, Chief Marketing Officer of Dirty Girl Mud Run, on Tuesday, June 10th, at 11 am PT (2pm EST).

Webinar registrants will learn:

• Best practices when working with the media
• Case studies and creative ideas that result in great media results
• PR Tools and resources to enhance your PR program

Tina Wilmott, founder of The Wilmott Group and Endurance Sportswire, will host the webinar. For over 20 years, Wilmott has directed and executed national and international public relations programs for companies serving the fitness and endurance sports industry, as well as high-tech startups and Fortune 500 companies. Her company, Endurance Sportswire, is the first press release distribution service specifically for the running, cycling, and triathlon industries.

"The increased popularity of endurance sporting events is wonderful for the industry, but brings new challenges when trying to secure notable media coverage," said Wilmott. "A strategic PR plan that implements new and creative ideas is essential to stand out from the crowd."

Tia Mattson, CMO of Dirty Girl Mud Run, a 5K event for women in 25 cities across the United States, will co-host the webinar, sharing Dirty Girl Mud Run’s successful PR and marketing tactics.
