Bicycle Assembly & Maintenance Course - Toronto

Framebuilder and mechanic extraordinaire Jim Best has been hired by the City of Toronto to instruct a course for bicycle assembly and maintenance. The IBDA (Independent Bicycle Dealer Association), Norco Bicycles and the City of Toronto are putting this together. They are looking for applicants now and will probably push the start date back to March 13th.
