Core Strength Session for Cyclists in Vancouver

Krebs Cycle Club is once again hosting a series of Infosessions in 2006 for riders and racers in B.C.. Krebs will be hosting "Hard Core Cycling" on Thursday, March 30th, from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the ING InfoSpot in downtown Vancouver, 466 Howe Street at Pender.

Hard Core Cycling is a compact introduction to advanced breathing techniques and strengthening of underutilized core muscles to achieve better balance, alignment, and proprioception. Learn how to ramp up your performance and race results under the guidance of local pilates and yoga professional Alexina Alexander. Cost is $5 for Krebs members, $7 for non-members.
