This ISN'T your local fitness club's spin class! Ride and train indoors like a cyclist, with other cyclists. Are you looking to improve racing performance, or just have better fitness as a recreational rider to enjoy epic casual rides? Come and learn how even a single quality session each week can help to jump start your next season of riding. Our structured progressive program throughout the winter months can be easily mixed in with your other traditional winter activities, to help ensure you retain and build your cycling-specific abilities into next year. We have several multi-week blocks that focus on varying cadences, strength, and force production, while other sessions later in the program are simply a good kick in the anaerobic pants! Weekly drop-ins are always welcome. See West Coast Racing site link below for full details;

Special thanks to www.pacificmultisport.ca located just around the corner from our indoor spin, who have generously arranged demo trainers for those still trying indoor training for cyclists (inquire by email to info@westcoastracing.ca about reserving available trainers). Also look for a special night on Tuesday Dec. 4th in partnership with www.runningroom.ca who are providing door prizes and special offers to a lucky group of spinners!
