Alex Sanna Launches Soigneur Race Services

Carolina Training Camp

CoachChris.ca will be running a training camp in South Carolina in March. The camp will run from March 14th to March 22nd (March Break for most people). This is the sixth year this camp has been run. The camp is based out of Table Rock State Park in the Northwest corner of South Carolina, just on the edge of the Mountains.

Each day there will be three ride groups with experienced ride leaders for each group. Rides will vary between 3-4.5 hrs depending on the group. This is a great way to springboard your fitness into a successful season. Groups are available for all ability levels from beginner to advanced.

For more information email chris@coachchris.ca or go to the Coach Chris.ca forum and click on Training Camp Info and Discussion coachchris.ca/forum/index.php
