Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Based in the Vancouver area and under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, Sales and Product, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Rocky Mountain Bicycles, will coordinate all dealer and distributor communication, organize trade shows, sales meetings, events and company functions such as agenda, welcome letter and working in collaboration with the product manager department. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will organize all necessary administration such as sales reports and forecast documents, maintain all documents communicating policies and procedures like warranty forms, manage incoming calls, courier and mail, working with sales and marketing in management of the department budget and facilitate the building and presenting of the annual strategic sales and marketing plan.

Required qualifications:

• Ideally a degree in business and/or a college diploma in marketing
• Three (3) to five (5) years of pertinent working experience;
• Good knowledge of the software of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Good listening and analysis skills
• Highly adaptive, resourceful and high organization skills
• Creative and enjoy working with a team a must
• Sense of urgency and good communication skills are important
• Fluency in English a must and French written and oral a benefit
