Bike with Team Diabetes at Hot August Nights – a spectacular 24 hour mountain bike race in Bolton, Ontario.

Challenge yourself and join Team Diabetes for a memorable race August 22 – 23, 2009.

Hot August Nights is North America’s fourth largest 24 hour mountain biking event that boasts a relaxed atmosphere. The course takes advantage of Albion Hills’ amazing mountain biking trails, has a large amount of single track and offers something for riders of all skill levels.

Individual riders and teams are welcome. Become a team captain and recruit a team for an incredible weekend of riding and fun.

Team Diabetes is the national activity fundraising program for the Canadian Diabetes Association. Participants increase public awareness of diabetes by inspiring their communities to get active and involved. They create lifestyle changes reducing the risk of obesity and type-2 diabetes while raising funds for the Canadian Diabetes Association.
