The final standings for the 2009 Spring Classics Fantasy Tour - Sponsored by Specialized are now tabulated and listed below. We apologize for the delay, but with the recent news about both Davide Rebellin (Serramenti PVC) and Tom Boonen (Quick Step), we wanted to be extra cautious before releasing the final standings. While both athletes are currently under investigation for using banned substances, a decision has not been made in either case. Therefore, they (and their points) remain in the Pool.

Now, it is time for congratulations to our winners! E-mails will be sent to the addresses provided in the entries to the Pool.

The Grand Prize of a Specialized Tarmac Elite Bicycle or Roubaix Elite Bicycle, valued at $2399, goes to Bluey5 - aka Stephan Bowman - with a total of 199 points. Bluey5 took the lead after event number 8 (La Flèche Wallonne) and held on through the final event (Liege-Bastogne-Liege) to win by 6 points over Cobblicious.

Cobblicious wins a package of Specialized products consisting of: Pro Road Men's or Women's Shoes ($389.99), Speedzone Comp Wireless Computer ($69.99), 1 Year Specialized Riders Club premium membership (Excluding Jersey) ($29.99) and Air Tool Road Frame Pump ($24.99).

In third place, a further 6 points back is Gumboot9, who wins a package of Specialized products consisting of: S-Works Helmet ($249.99), Speedzone Comp Wireless Computer ($69.99), 1 Year Specialized Riders Club premium membership (Excluding Jersey) ($29.99) and Air Tool Road Frame Pump ($24.99).

Fourth went to Predictable Lot at 186 points, who takes a package of Specialized products consisting of: Arc II or Roulette Optics ($199.99), Speedzone Comp Wireless Computer ($69.99), 1 Year Specialized Riders Club premium membership (Excluding Jersey) ($29.99) and Air Tool Road Frame Pump ($24.99).

The fifth and final Grand Prize goes to allez_comp with 184 points, who wins a package of Specialized products consisting of: Set of Roubaix Pro Tires ($129.99), Speedzone Comp Wireless Computer ($69.99), 1 Year Specialized Riders Club premium membership (Excluding Jersey) ($29.99) and Air Tool Road Frame Pump ($24.99).

In the Intermediate Competition after 6 events, Lightening Bolts took first place with 183 points and won from Ryeka Sport a DeFeet Kit (Armskin & Slip Stream) worth $53.00, followed by Handlebar, who wins Lizard Skins DSP Handle Bar Tape ($39.99) and in third Predictable Lot, who gets a copy of Olympic Gold Medalist Lori-Ann Muenzer's book: 'One Gear, No Breaks' ($29.95).

In the Intermediate Competition after 4 events, sanders led with 138 points, to win a GoPro Wide Angle Digital Helmet Hero ($249.99) from Ryeka Sport, followed by remflan12, who wins a Road to Roubaix DVD ($34.99) and in third by Lightening Bolts, who gets a copy of Olympic Gold Medalist Lori-Ann Muenzer's book: 'One Gear, No Breaks' ($29.95).

For those interested, the winning team consisted of Tom Boonen (Quick Step), Mark Cavendish (Columbia-Highroad), Damiano Cunego (Lampre-N.G.C.), Stijn Devolder (Quick Step), Bernhard Eisel (Columbia-Highroad), Juan Antonio Flecha (Rabobank), Heinrich Haussler (Cervelo), Thor Hushovd (Cervelo) and Davide Rebellin (Serramenti PVC). His team pick was Quick Step.
