Tom Boonen, Quick Step team manager Patrick Lefevere and Frans De Cock of Quick-Step went to court today in France to argue against ASO's ban on his entry into the 2009 Tour.

Tour boss Christian Prudhomme  was also in attendance to argue ASO's position that Boonen's presence would harm the image of the Tour.

The judge said that a decision will be made on June 30th.
