The Forest City Velodrome would like to invite the cycling public to an evening of Championship racing.  Don't miss our last race of 2009.

Saturday December 12th at 7pm, is the setting for the Ontario Madison Championships.  Two person teams will feature Cadets, Juniors and women in the "B" Madison.  Ontario’s Elite racers will be competing for the “A” division Championship.  There is also racing for youth (non-Madison riders) and Velo-Kids.

These are just some of the races that will be contested during the 2 1/2 hour event

1. Scratch race (all riders)
2. Team Flying Kilo with exchanges
3. Sprint #1 (1 rider from each team)
4. Sprint #2 (other rider from each team)
5. Miss and Out (all riders)
6. 40 minute Madison with sprints every 10 minutes

This is an Omnium format with points awarded to the teams after each event. There is separate racing for the “A” & “B” Teams.

Admission is $10.00 for adults, Seniors $5.00 and Kids are always Free.
