Iglinsky attacked with 6 km to go taking with him Lövkvist, Rogers and Hesjedal.  They were caught at the top of the last rise by Pozzato and Ginanni.  Rogers, Iglinsky and Rogers attacked again as they headed to the line. Lövkvist lead out, but Iglinsky had his wheel and took the win.
