Alex Stieda Cycling and Barney & Oscar Films have recently released a full length feature DVD entitled THE SMOOTH RIDE, The Definitive How To Road Ride Video. Shot on location in the beautiful French Alps, Lake Como Italy, Napa California and the rugged Canadian Rockies.

Alex has brought together a host of men and women professional riders, Olympic and World Champions, plus mechanics, shop owners and friends to explain the universe of cycling.
