It is with disappointment that the Canadian Cycling Association confirms the cancellation of the Para-Cycling road World Cup finale to be held in Sept-Iles from 13 to 15 August, 2010.

Paramanic International was forced to cancel the event following the sudden withdrawal of the City of Sept-Iles, attempts were made to relocate the event without success. This competition held a great importance for the national paracycling program especially for developing Canadian athletes and the development of paracycling in Canada.

The CCA would like to confirm its support of Paramanic international and its President, Mr. François Gariépy in the successful organization of the 2010 Para-Cycling Road World Championships in Baie-Comeau.
