Pat Ferris won the Thursday night Baldonnel time trial with a time of 26:26 minutes under wet and cool conditions. Roger St. Jean was second at 27:08 and Rob Churchill 3rd at 30:04. Barb Polehoykie was 4th at 30:17 and Ken Nix 5th at 30:42.
The Blizzards have a contingent of riders at the National Cycling Championships in Edmonton, this weekend.
Locally, there is a Cecil lake road Race at 7 pm Sunday Night from the Cecil Lake gravel pit.
Kevin Shaw won the Thursday night Baldonnel time trial with a time of 24:59. Conditions on the circuit were excellent. Bob Andrews was second at 25:17 and Pat Ferris third at 25:40. Roger St. Jean was 4th at 26:07 and Gord Harris 5th at 26:47.
Barb Polehoykie was 6th at 28:54, Ken Nix 28:58, Pat Coppens 29:04, Owen Giebelhaus 29:09, Simon Andrews 31:03, Floyd Polehoykie 31:59, Melanie Chapple 32:29 and Adam Currie 32:53.
