Winter racing kicks off at FCV

This Saturday night, September 25th many of the best track racers in Ontario and the United States will be at the Forest City Velodrome in London Ontario. Spectators will see the FCV youth racers in their first events of their racing careers... very exciting.

Juniors and Elite racers will do battle in many endurance events as well as sprint action for the fastest 6 racers. The sprint action will be a taste of what’s coming over the next 5 months. The women will have their own events during the evening.

Racing begins at 7pm with Sprint Qualifying “Shoot-Out” style.

Adult admission is $10.00 with Seniors $5.00, Kids are always “FREE”.

Women Athletes Wanted....

The FCV is looking for the next Olympian in Ontario. Our very successful women's team is looking for new members.

If you are 17 - 29 years old and like to train, our FCV women's program is for you. We have many introductory offers once you have completed the Track 1 clinic.

Special training nights, introduction to track cycling and racing, and much much more.

Your introduction is on Saturday's at 3pm.



Ontario Track Championship PreRegistration "OPEN"

The Ontario Cycling Association and the FCV are pleased to open registration for the 2010 Ontario Track Championships.

Friday - Sunday October 15th - 17th.

Go to the race Calendar for more detailed information. To compete in the Keirin and sprint tournaments on Sunday you must complete the 6 event Omnium on Saturday.

Medals will be handed out to the top 3 Ontario riders in each category.

Out of Province are welcome to enter and compete.
