The Tour de France organizer, Amaury Sports, has announced the teams that will participate in the 2011 Tour.  There are potentially four Canadians who could ride in the 98th edition of the Tour:  Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin-Cervélo), Michael Barry (Sky), Dominique Rollin (FDJ) and David Veilleux (Europcar).

The 22 teams consist of the obligatory 18 Division 1 squads, plus four chosen by ASO.  All four of the discretionary picks are French, from Division II.
