The Pan American Junior Championships continued this morning.

In the Men’s Individual 3km Pursuit, Alex Cataford (Ontario) set a New Track Record for the 250m outdoor track in Mar del Plata Argentina.  Alex’s time of 3:30.3 seconds was the quickest 3 km Junior TT in the 16 year history of the track.  Cataford will be going for Gold later this afternoon.

In Keirin action, both Daniel McKenzie-Picot and Jesse Marans advanced to the Keirin Semi Final, this afternoon.

On the women’s side both the Team Sprint and Team Pursuit will be going for Bronze.  The other final today will be the Scratch Race with Aiden Caves and Kyle Buckosky taking the start.
