2012 UCI Masters Cyclo-cross World Championships
January 12-15, 2012
Eva Bandman Park, Louisville, KY

On-line Registration is available here.

Registration Information: You MUST have a 2012 UCI Masters License in order to be eligible to race. UCI licenses are available through your respective country's national federation. All riders are reminded to register for the age category that corresponds with their 2012 racing age.

You can complete the online registration process if you do not yet have your UCI Masters license by entering your UCI code where prompted in the registration process by simply following this simple protocol: UCI Code = Country Code / Year of Birth / Month of Birth / Day of Birth. Which means a Canadian rider born on March 1st, 1970 would enter: CAN19700301.

Please be prepared to present your valid UCI on site when you pick up your race numbers. Save time and money by registering early!

On Monday, December 19th online registration will increase from $75 to $100.00 at 11:45pm EDT. Pre-registered riders will begin being assigned their time / heats on December 20th.

On-site registration and packet pick-up will open at 10am on Wednesday, January 11th, 2012, at the official race hotel - The Galt House in downtown Louisville. There is no day-of registration, so if your first race is on Thursday you must either register online before the close of on-line registration on January 8th or on-site Wednesday.

Current Entry Fees:

Online registration prior to December 19th at 11:45pm: $75.00 includes all heats/ repechage and championship or consolation races

Dec. 19 - January 8,2012 11:45 p.m. - $100.00

On-site registration fees per race: $100

Call-ups Procedure:

As was previously announced, for categories with less than 80 riders registered, start order will be determined by random draw. For fields greater than 80 riders three-lap heat races will be contested to determine what riders advance to the final and their start order in the final. The number of heats will be determined by the total number of riders registered.

Call ups for all qualifying races will be random draw. In the heats, riders will be called up by random order. The finals will be raced with 80 riders with five coming from the Repechage. The Repechage is open to all racers who did not qualify for the Finals coming out of their qualifying heat.

For the World Championship Final, riders will be called up by their order of finish in their heats (all first riders of the different heats, all second riders of the different heats and so forth). A second final - or Consolation Final - will be raced to determine finishing places 81-onward.

The random draw will be conducted on-site at registration. The rider who draws number 1 will be called up first and so on. Riders will draw their own numbers.
