Team CHCH National Cycling Centre Hamilton is proud to announce the Go Girls! Try Cycling Days.

Girls age 12-18 are welcome to register for a day of skills, riding, learning, and fun with National Time Trial Champion and Community Initiative Coach Saskia Kowalchuk.

The NCCH is one of five nationally recognized Cycling Centres in Canada, responsible for indentifying, recruiting, testing, coaching and training high performance and development athletes in Ontario.

 The program will include:

• Introduction to road cycling
• Basic bike skills, road rules, and bike maintenance
• Talent Identification
• Chance to meet and ride with Ontario's best female cyclists
• Use of an NCCH Road Bike
• Go Girls! T-Shirt
• Lunch
