Houffalize - Men's 4th Lap Start

Trish Sinclair has telephoned in another update from the World Cup in Belgium. There have been some interesting developments at the front. Miguel Martinez has dropped off the front, with Jose Hermida moving up to join Filip Meirheaghe and Christophe Dupouey. Bas Van Doren, Martinez and Thomas Frischknecht are 20 seconds behind, with Tom larsen and Lado Fumic at 45 seconds.

For the Canadians: Ryder Hesjedal has lost a few spots, dropping to 27th. Roland Green, who flatted a lap earlier, has jumped to 31st, and looks strong. Andreas hestler has moved up another place, to 4oth, as has Seamus McGrath (42nd). Mathieu continues to improve, now up to 57th place.
