Lance Bohlen, who began his career with Rocky Mountain Bicycles in the 1980s as a frame builder and the company's first product manager, has joined Full Speed Ahead (FSA) as the Managing Director of U.S. operations.  Bohlen later joined Specialized to introduce their first Globe line of European-style commuter bikes and later to work on their road bikes, before moving to Schwinn.  Most recently, he has been working with KORE Components.

We have known Lance since those early days at Rocky; and he is a true enthusiast of the sport - both as a rider and a tech guy.  Throughout his bike industry career Lance has held jobs covering virtually every aspect of bicycle production from shop mechanic, frame builder, service manager, product manager, product development manager to general manager. He has supplied both Road and MTB racers at the highest level, and remains a die-hard fan of all types of bicycle competition.

"I'm excited to work with this International team of talented professionals who share my passion for performance components and the sport of cycling".
