Canadian Olympic cyclist Joseph Veloce is among the Olympic and Paralympic athletes who will receive the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal in Toronto on Friday, at a ceremony to be held at the Royal Ontario Museum in the RBC Glass Room at Noon.  Minister of State (Sport) Bal Gosal will be presenting the medals.
