February 21/13 10:43 am - Canada to Go for Bronze in Team Pursuit at Track Worlds

Team Canada, consisting of Gillian Carleton, Jasmin Glaesser and Laura Brown, qualified third in the Women's Team Pursuit today at the Track World Championships in Minsk, Belarus.  Olympic champion Great Britain was the top qualifier with a time of 3:18.704, followed by Australia at 3:20.696 and Canada at 3:22.784.  Canada will race against Poland, who was a distant 3:28.096, for Bronze.
