Note: Barely had we received this calendar from Lisa at the CCA (thanks Lisa!), when we were told that the Peguin Classic stage Race in Alberta should be added to the road calendar for June 13-14. So expect additions and changes to occur...
Another tidbit of news...
Expect the Canada Cup national mountain bike series to drop from 7 to 5 events in 1999. The Nationals will not be part of the series, B.C., Ontario and Quebec will always get events, and the other provinces/regions (Prairies and Maritimes) will rotate for the chance to host a Canada Cup. This will reduce the cost for teams who follow the entire series, but will, unfortunately, dilute the Canada Cup.
