Component manufacturer SRAM has issued a recall in Canada and the U.S. for three models of Zipp-branded front wheel hubs. The hub flange can fail, posing a hazard that could cause falls or crashes. There have been no reports of incidents or injuries.

The diameter of the clinch nut is approximately 3.71 centimetres (1.46 inches). Some of the hubs were sold as part of wheel sets installed on new bicycles, while others could have been sold as individual wheels or as part of wheelsets.
