OCA AGM For those who are still unsure of where and when the Ontario Cycling Association Annual General Meeting is - it is in Kingston this coming Saturday (November 22nd), at City Hall, beginning at 4:30 pm. Earlier in the day, a series of Touring and advocacy workshops will be held (beginning at 9:00 am), with Date Fixing meetings for Road and Mountain Bike taking place from 1:00-3:00 pm. Ontario Provincial `Cross Championships Provincials are rescheduled for Sunday 23rd to take place at Albion Hills Conservation Area - the already scheduled event for that day. Time noon as before. Since there is not time for a separate Citizen's event, the officials have decided to let those people from out of province or with illegal bikes have a ride BUT they will start 2-3 minutes after the championship riders under the firm instruction that they do not impede the championship riders and they yield at all times. Cyclo-cross Nationals Registration (from the organizer) Now that the postal strike seems to be in effect, can we post again the information that anyone who registers through you, by e-mail to me or by fax before 24th Nov. can still be considered entered for the $25 fee. The address for the website is: Cross Nationals Classifieds and Links If you haven‚t been to the Classifieds in a while, it may be time to do so - at least 12 new postings have gone up in the last 24 hours.
