Today is first of two World Tour races held annually in Quebec.  Today's Grand Prix Cycliste de Quebec features a city centre race of 16 laps covering a 12.6 km circuit for a total os 201.6 km through the old city of Quebec (Grand Allee), along the St Laurence river, bracketed by a steep technical desent on the west and a short but grunt of a climb on the east.

Race starts at 11am local and should be complete around 4pm.  There are plenty of locations around the course to watch all the action and TV broadcast (TVA only in N. America) will start at ~ 11:30 am local.
