December 25/17 14:38 pm - Hardwood Ski & Bike Hit with Fire Christmas Morning

During early hours of Christmas morning, a structural fire engulfed the middle portion of the main chalet at Hardwood Ski & Bike, north of Barrie, Ontario. The Fire Marshall is on scene, and there is an ongoing investigation into the origin and cause of the fire to determine the circumstances surrounding it. Until the investigation is over, Hardwood Ski and Bike will be closed.

Thank you to all of the firefighters and emergency personnel who spent their Christmas morning trying to save the rest of our Chalet. We are in the early stages of figuring out how to proceed, but we will be open for skiing again as soon as humanly possible. Thank for your patience and support as we work through this process.
