It was another good day for the Navigators Cycling Team in the Circuit des Mines stage race, which began last Thursday in France. The team has earned 4 podiums after 5-days of racing.

Stage 6 saw the Navigators team improve their position in the overall classification as Chris Baldwin moved up to 4th place on overall G.C. in a tie with Jean-Michel Tessier (French Track Team). The 2 riders are 1:43 in back of the overall race leader Chris Newton (British National). Baldwin was in 11th place coming into the stage and climbed to a 4th place stage finish as well, 9-seconds behind stage winner Daniel Schnider (Francaise des Jeux). Today's difficult 141Km stage featured several climbs and finished with a shattered field on the final climb to Chateau de Malbrouck. In addition to Chris's great ride into 4th place, Navigators' Mark Walters was also named the Most Aggressive Rider.
