Stolen Bikes Bulletin

Hi Everyone,

I am very sad to report a major theft. On the morning of Wednesday, May 15, 2002, our Gears Racing trailer was broken into in Phoenix, AZ and 4 (four) Specialized S-Works mountain bikes were stolen. Missing are the following 2002 Specialized mountain bikes:

- 21" S-Works Hardtail with XTR group
- Small S-Works FSRxc with XTR group
- Small S-Works FSRxc with XTR group
- X-Large S-Works FSRxc (standard group)

All of the bikes have been personalized with GearsRacing.com stickers as well as the riders names (M. Toulouse, T. Sinclair, K. Bisaro, J. Hine).

Please spread the word as these thieves were obviously experienced. They cut the outer lock, pried the locked side door, disabled an alarm system and cut a bulky inner lock securing the bikes as well.
