Endurance Training Camp

Tanya Dubnicoff, the junior development cycling coach at the Olympic Oval will hold a training camp for Elite male and female endurance cyclists.

Location: Victoria, BC
Fee: $100.00 payment made to the University of Calgary
Registration deadline: December 15th
Camp dates: December 26th to January 3rd.
Objective: To concentrate on aerobic endurance with strength maintenance. Including 1-2 weight sessions, position analysis and skill evaluation.

Daily Routine:

AM: Depart from location TBD at 9am, ride between 4-7 hrs. Rides will be fully supported.

PM: Weights or recovery.
