Alberta XC Cup #2 Accept the Challenge Race

The Hardcore Racing Club and United Cycle will co-host the Accept the Challenge XC mountain bike race on Sunday, May 16, 2004. As well as being a selection race for the Provincial Mountain Bike Team, the race is open to all licensed and unlicensed riders, as day licenses will be available for purchase at the race site.

Teams and racers are reminded to bring all of your own food and water to meet your own needs, as none will be available at the race site (although post-race snacks will be provided for the racers).

Manitoba Mountain Bike Cup #2Sandilands Provincial Park

Where/Directions:
Sandilands Provincial Park-East on Highway #1, South on Highway #12 to Steinbach left on Main St., continue East on Hwy 210 through La Broquerie &
Marchand until you reach Hwy 404, turn right (south) proceed until Fireroad #16. Travel time approx. 60 minutes from The Perimeter Hwy.

Times:
Registration - 10:00am until 11:00am
License required - no day licenses

Start:
U13, U11, U9 at 11:00am - Main race underway 12:00 noon

Adult course is 10.5 km/lap
Kids lap is approx 3km

Race Fees:
17 and up Prereg. $20 - Race Day $25
Under 17 Prereg. $15 - Race Day $20
Under 11 Prereg. $5 - Race Day $ 10
