The Col du Glandon (6 Malahats), Col de Madeleine (6 more Malahats), Col de la Forclaz (4 Malahats), all up hill! The stage 17 profile reads like a piece of barbed wire and it will likely determine the winner of the Tour de France. Will Lance crack like he did on Joux Plain? Will he dominate and put time between him and the pretenders? Will Ulrich, Mayo, and Heras redeem themselves? Find out on Thursday, July 22 at the Victoria Cycling League Tour de France Viewing party.

Where: "The Pond" room at the Shark Club located on Douglas St. We have booked our own room with two large TV's and seating for 20+.

When: Thursday, July 22. 4am? No way. The stage will be on tape and we will start the tape at 6pm. Come early for dinner and a good seat.

Details: Reckless Bike Stores and GeniSoy have kindly donated some excellent door prizes to be given away. Specials that night are Margaritas and Mexican Bulldogs. Nachos are also half price!

Spread the word!!
