Tour Update

Cipollini has dropped out of the Tour, with 30 kilometres left in todays 210 kilometre stage from Montauban to Pau. A breakaway group of 3 has approximately 3:00 on the peleton, but none are threats to Laurent Desbiens yellow jersey.
