Tour Update

Today‚s 52 kilometre individual time trial stage is being held under wet and slippery conditions, which is causing the riders to be more cautious (Stuart O‚Grady is one of the riders who has crashed). So far, Viatcheslav Ekimov (US Postal) has the fastest time - 1:07:40 - but the roads are just starting to dry out, so times should start to decrease.
