"Across the Years" Olympic Sprint

The second annual event in this format. Probably the only event of its kind
in the World. At the end only .08 of a second split the two teams. Don't
forget, the High Wheelers cannot be held. They step up from behind to start
the event. This, in itself, presents a significant disability.
