We are delighted to announce that we have secured a date for the Eddy & Axel Merckx "Evening Of Champions" at the Vancouver Club on Friday October 28th 2005 presented by the Wedgewood Cycling Team with total net proceeds going directly to the BC Cancer Foundation.

To accompany the banquet will be a raffle with many donated items from the world of cycling including a Molteni jersey signed by Eddy, a 2005 Tour de France jersey signed by Axel, a Lance Armstrong signed item and a special grand prize that will be announced next week! Raffle tickets will be priced at $20 each or 3 for $50.

There will be two levels of pricing:

• Individual Tickets will be priced at $300 each (plus 7% GST)

• Diamond VIP corporate/team tickets priced at $7,500 (plus 7% GST) per table (table of 10 in the front row plus 2 seats at either head table). The Diamond experience also includes an exclusive champagne reception at the Wedgewood Hotel prior to dinner, limousine transfer to/from the Vancouver Club, and signed a memento of the evening.

Tickets for the Evening Of Champions will be available starting Friday August 26th 2005 at www.teamwedgewood.com on a first come first served basis. As there are fewer than 200 seats available for this dinner be sure to purchase your tickets early for this once in a lifetime evening in support of the BC Cancer Foundation.
