Jet Fuel Restructures

Jet Fuel Coffee is sad to announce that after 7 years its partnership with Cyclepromo has come to an end. For the past 2 months, we have been working behind the scenes to rethink our strategy, set goals for the future and put in place the foundations of a new racing program that will re-establish Jet Fuel as a regional and national force in Canada. We have renewed our grassroots commitment to building local talent and raising the profile of cycling in Canada.

Jet Fuel Coffee would like to thank Dave Butler and Kevin Field for all their work over the years, Andrew Randell who is leaving for Symmetrics, Buck Miller and Zach Bell who are leaving to race in the US, and all the other riders involved with the team who have contributed to our success. We would also like to give special thanks to all of our sponsors and we appreciate your support of cycling in Canada.

In 2006 we will be taking the management of the team in-house and John Englar will become General Manager of the team. Joe Giuliano will remain with the team to act as team captain and director. Andrew Randell, while moving to Symmetrics, has agreed to remain involved and act as development director.

Our roster for 2006 will include Joe Giuliano, the Hansen brothers - Matt and Jeff - and Peter Morse. Amongst these riders we have both former national and provincial champions, and a depth of international and national experience to draw upon. Over the next month, Jet Fuel will be finalizing its sponsorship list and confirming its racing program. Riders can contact Joe at joe@jetfuelcoffee.com.

John Englar, General Manager
