Our online store offers a selection of cycling related products. We offer clothing, tires, videos, cycling-themed cards, calendars, bike parts.. Best of all, every item is priced in Canadian dollars.

Using The Store
To use the store, just select a category from the menu along the top. You will be presented with a subcategory of products within this category. Within each category you will find individual products. Click on More Info for any individual item to find out more details, or order it by clicking the Add to Cart button. As you go through the CC Store, you will always have the opportunity to delete items from your shopping cart, add new ones (from any category), change quantities, etc. Please note that to use the store your browser needs to create a profile of your visit (to track when you add an item to your shopping cart). This means that the CC Store will not work unless you enable cookies in your browser.

Shipping
Our basic handling charge in Canada is $8.50, however, items may have a shipping surcharge attached to them. If this is the case you will be warned on the Checkout page and can delete the item if you wish. Any shipping levy is also noted below the price in the product information. Because we work with a variety of suppliers, the shipping levy is shown PER ITEM. However, if you order multiple items from the same supplier you will be charged the shipping levy a maximum of ONCE.** If we can get items to you for less, we will do it (ie: for single orders for small (lightweight) items). Addresses that are post office boxes may also have a higher charge for shipping.
US ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: Due to security measures instituted by US customs, we cannot guarantee a delivery date on any orders.

Payment
When you are ready to check out, click on Place Your Order. You will be presented with a Login page. If you are a repeat customer, just fill in your ID and Password to go directly to your shipping information (and, after making any corrections, on to Checkout). If you are a first time customer you will be asked to choose an ID and password, and then fill in your shipping information before going to Checkout.

At the Checkout page you will be presented with a detailed list of what you have ordered, amounts, shipping charges, taxes and the shipping information you provided. Check this over carefully, make any changes that are necessary and then fill in the payment information. We accept Mastercard or Visa - be sure to include all the required information or your order will not be processed.

Once you have submitted your order, you will be provided with a tracking number - please save this number in case you want to correspond with us about your order. Once your credit card payment has been approved, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order acceptance. We use a secure server with 128 bit encryption to protect your credit card information.

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. If there is a problem with delivering your order (for example, an item is temporarily out of stock), you will be contacted and offered the option of either cancelling that item (refund), having it shipped when it becomes available, or substituting another item.
