Forest City Velodrome receives Grant

Ontario MPP Steve Peters presented a cheque for $22,600 to the not-for-profit Forest City Velodrome Association on behalf of the 'Communities In Action' program. The funds are to be used for further development and expansion of citizen fitness and coaching participation in the region. A cross section of the Forest City group who were present at the time ranged in age from 11 to 85.

Activities continue at the velodrome with racing this Saturday at 7pm.
