For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address.
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer; such as survey information and/or site registrations. Credit card and personal information from visitors who make use of our secure server race registration and online store services will only be used to fulfill orders, and will not be passed on to anyone else, or used in promotional activities unless the user has explicitly given us permission to use their e-mail address by opting into our mailing list.
We do monitor our open discussion forums. Anonymity is allowed, however, we reserve the right to edit and censor postings that are deemed to be obscene, or that constitute personal attacks on other individuals. In the latter case, we will provide information concerning the offending poster to the appropriate authorities.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our Web page and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
We do not sell any information collected, with the exception of specific surveys undertaken on behalf of clients. In such cases, this fact is clearly stated at the beginning of the survey, and the visitor will have the option of exiting.
