Your ability to direct and motivate the Ride Guides will be integral to the success of the event. Contact with our potential and registered participants occurs predominantly via phone communication and weekly public presentations. We will measure your team's success by the number of participants that register for the event, the number of participants that participate in the event and by the total amount of donations raised.

In addition to handling the day-to-day management of the Ride Guides, you will participate in planning the event by supporting the efforts of the Logistics team, who will focus on building a volunteer force, identifying the route and acquiring all necessary permits and supplies for the event.

Qualified candidates will possess three or more years of progressively responsible management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales/telesales is advantageous.
