Shimano Recall We have posted information on the Shimano crank recall over the past week or so, and now we have started to here about reported crank failures and injuries. Shimano is acting very responsibly in the speed and completeness of their recall, in our opinion. PLEASE do not ride a bike with these cranks - you could be badly hurt. return the bicycle to the dealer for a free replacement crank. Manitoba News (courtesy Manitoba Cycling Association) The Board of Directors of the Manitoba Cycling Association is proud to announce the appointment of Mike McKee as the NEW Executive Director of the MCA, effective Aug 8. Mike comes from Team Handball and before that the Winnipeg Fury. He has extensive experience in a multitude of sports and organizations. You Gotta Check This Page... We rarely make special note of club homepages in Daily News (that‚s what Links is for), but we have to mention the Northern Bush Rastas. Great name (even though none of them look even vaguely rastafarian in their photo...), and you have to try out the Song! The address is: http://www3.sk.sympatico.ca/nbush/ (of course, they also said we were Œslow‚, we aren‚t quite sure what they meant by that...) We are still putting up new links, and we want yours! If you have a link that you feel should be posted, go to our Links Page and submit! Classifieds are still free, and they have been coming in a steady rate recently. Check out the Classifieds page for recent postings, or send us your Classified.
