The final stage of the 2009 Jelajah Tour of Malaysia was a downtown criterium in Kuala Lumpur. The finish was a bunch sprint and the final GC remained basically unchanged from Stage 7

Canada's Will Routley finished 9th overall, and was the top N. American finisher.
