Posted by Editoress on 02/5/10

Online auction benefitting Cyclebetes and Juvenile Diabetes Research is LIVE until 9am (PST) tomorrow, Saturday, February 6.

Anthony Sedlak Food Network Superstar and host of The Main will prepare a 10-course dinner for 10 in the comfort of your home.

“I was drawn to Cyclebetes by the fact that it originated with a bunch of guys who all loved cycling, and who banded together to help a friend keep a promise. Cycling has always been a passion of mine, and I have an opportunity to draw awareness to Type I Diabetes in an extraordinary way.” ~Anthony Sedlak

The winning bidder, and nine of their favorite people, will enjoy Anthony’s company as he masterfully prepares 10 courses based on the winning bidder’s specific desires.

In addition to hosting The Main on the Food Network, and authoring the award winning cookbook The Main: Recipes, Anthony Sedlak is the Executive Chef of Vancouver's newest restaurant, Corner Suite Bistro De Luxe.

Anthony has taken a renewed interest in cycling as a way to stay healthy and active as he puts in long hours at his new restaurant.  He has been riding an elite Norco Performance Bike throughout the streets Vancouver.

In keeping with the spirit of Cyclebetes, Anthony’s Norco is included in the auction package as a way to further raise awareness and help find a cure.
