From November 22nd to December 10th CAAWS will be accepting applications for the 2011 WISE Fund (Women in Sport Encouragement). Since 2004, CAAWS has supported 80 individuals and organizations and has dispersed $72,000 through this initiative.

With support from Sport Canada, CAAWS provides annual WISE Fund grants to help fund sport initiatives and assist members of the Canadian sport community working to increase opportunities for girls and young women.
